From the queue to a clean cinema

A shift in Chaos Cinema connects customer orders, snacks, the register, supplies and the mess left behind.

Chaos Cinema turns running a movie theater into direct first-person work. Customers arrive, form a queue and place an order. The player prepares the requested items, enters them at the register and completes the sale – or deals with an unhappy customer when the order is wrong.

The counter is only one part of the shift. Popcorn and drinks need to be prepared, supplies have to be placed and replenished, and the building does not stay clean by itself. Cups, trash and spills connect customer service to the cleanup work that follows a busy screening.

Tickets, snacks, deliveries, posters, cleaning and cinema expansion are designed as physical activities rather than distant management menus. The goal is a fast and satisfying rhythm: serve the next guest, solve the next small problem and gradually turn an old cinema into a better business without losing the playful chaos.
